Celebrating Mother’s Day at Muffins with Mum

Our Primary School community was delighted to welcome mothers and special guests to our annual Muffins with Mum event, a cherished occasion held in celebration of Mother’s Day. The morning provided a wonderful opportunity for families to slow down and enjoy quality time together, sharing muffins and refreshments in a warm, relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

From the moment they arrived, the room was filled with smiles, laughter and meaningful conversations. Students and their mums or special person enjoyed participating in a range of simple craft activities together, including colouring and nail painting. These shared experiences created special memories while strengthening the bonds between children and the important people in their lives.

A highlight of the morning was hearing from our guest speaker, Natasha Eagle, who shared an encouraging and faith-filled message with our mothers and special guests. Her words served as a meaningful reminder of God’s love, the significance of family and the invaluable role that mothers and caregivers play in nurturing hearts, guiding young lives and building strong foundations for the future.

At Wagga Wagga Christian School, we value opportunities that bring our community together and celebrate the relationships that help our students flourish. We are grateful to everyone who attended and helped make Muffins with Mum such a memorable and meaningful celebration.
